Maison Lamothe is a treasure that everyone should enjoy!

What a beautiful home and experience. Our room was charming, warm, comfortable and welcoming. Michelle was the best host we met in France and we enjoyed her food, her conversation and her kindness.

Magnificent gîte in the heart of the countryside. Beautifully decorated in a slightly British style. Pleasant swimming pool and relaxing garden. The bedroom was pretty and well equipped. The evening meal was very generous and of good quality.

But what I would remember most was Michelle’s welcome. She is adorable, warm and attentive… an exceptional human encounter.

If we were to visit this area again, we would definitely stay with Michelle.

Michelle is lovely, a great host. The location is like an oasis amongst the trees, our accommodation was comfortable and had areas outside to sit and enjoy. As we were walking on the camino de Santiago, Michelle very kindly drove us back up the hill to Flamarens.
